Anna is an amazing facialist and such a soothing presence. She kindly explained the philosophy behind her ingredients and techniques. Everything is organic and smells amazing! I have incredibly sensitive skin so I have to be discerning with the products I use. I got the signature Heaven & Earth facial which was a delight and my results were striking. My skin looked and felt so fresh and my face was noticeably lifted and tighter. Perfect for before an event or photoshoot! I trust Anna with my skin and can’t wait to come back to Ginger Chi!

I use the Ginger/Peppermint Lip Glow and love it so much that I’ve gotten it a few times now and prefer to only use this! It’s not thick and sticky like Vaseline and those bees wax balms, but a nice oil that hydrates your lips. Lips stay moist and hydrated for a long time, and it’s soothing to the lips with the cool metal ball roller, and the ginger/peppermint fragrance is great aromatherapy as a bonus!

From the moment I entered the intimate space and was greeted by Anna with a cup of warm tea, I was put at ease. Anna carefully explained all of the stones we’d be using for the Heaven/Earth Guasha facial so I knew what to expect. It was incredibly rejuvenating (definitely dozed off) and it visibly reduced the puffiness around my cheeks and eyes. All of the products used were all-natural and made in-house. I went home with a brighter complexion and tons of free samples. Thank you!!
